All-new Lexus NX
Lexus has successfully launched its all-new NX mid-size premium SUV – a range that includes its first plug-in hybrid electric model, the NX 450h+, and the self-charging hybrid electric NX 350h.

The NX has already banked some notable awards, including being named What Car?’s Plug-in Hybrid of the Year (read more here) and appeared on the big screen as a star car in the new science fiction feature Moonfall (read more here).
Future electric sports car – pictured
Lexus has released new images of a future high-performance sports car that should be able to move from 0-62mph in less than three seconds. The proposed model has low, powerful lines that evoke memories of the ultra-rare LFA. Read more here.
Aerospace technology for the LC
Lexus’s support for air race ace Yoshi Muroya and his team has produced a useful exchange of technology know-how in both directions. For Lexus, it has yielded development of a new carbon fibre rear wing for the LC flagship coupe, benefiting from aerodynamic styling honed through racing aircraft applications. Read more here.
Design challenge on screen
Lexus is partnering Sky Arts in the Big Design Challenge, a new TV show in which eight talented designers are able to demonstrate their skills and inspiration in a series of creative challenges. Off-road concepts on show
Lexus took the wraps off two new vehicle concepts at the 2022 Tokyo Auto Salon: the NX PHEV OFFROAD, adding extra adventure styling to the new mid-size SUV, and a radical, hydrogen-powered ROV (recreational offroad vehicle). Read more here.
