 Lexus haute couture
Lexus is forming international connections with some of the world’s leading fashion designers in a celebration of high quality and innovation. Danish designer Jørgen Simonsen has created an exclusive dress for a model to wear alongside the LC 500’s debut at the Chantilly Concours d’Elegance in France, while in the USA Zang Toi has created a handmade wardrobe for Lexus’s product specialists to wear at forthcoming motor shows. Eco Challenge
Lexus takes a lead in encouraging teachers and students to develop local environmental projects through the annual Lexus Eco Challenge. The USA-based competition, celebrating its 10th anniversary, provides scholarship and prizes worth $500,000. Read more here.

Festival first
The Nation Holds its Breath, the latest release in this year’s Lexus Short Films series, will have its world premiere at London’s Raindance Film Festival. Lexus is a main partner to the showcase for the best in international independent film, sponsoring the event’s first Virtual Reality arcade and an Origami Lounge. Read more here.

Million-selling saloon

Generation X author Douglas Coupland is masterminding a new installation for Lexus Hybrid Art 2016. He is the latest big name from the international art world to contribute to the annual exhibition, hosted this year in St Petersburg. Read more here.
