Lexus Appoints New Corporate Sales Manager

Lexus GB has appointed Mark Waite as new Corporate Sales Manager, taking on his new role from 30 April 2001.

Mark joins the Lexus Corporate Sales team from Toyota Fleet where he held both customer and dealer facing roles, more recently as Contract Hire & Leasing Manager for the South of England.

Mark will be responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of Corporate Sales and overseeing the sales team, reporting to Andy Simpson, Lexus National Corporate Sales Manager. During 1999 Mark worked on the development of the Toyota Fleet sub-100 team, experience which will prove useful for development of a new corporate strategy for the Lexus range in 2001.

Mark comments: “I am delighted to join Lexus at such a busy time with the introduction of SC430 luxury sports coupe this summer and the IS300 SportCross this autumn. The recent JD Power survey placed Lexus Number One for customer satisfaction, it is my intention to build further on that reputation within the corporate market.”
