Private customers can benefit from an additional Loyalty Hybrid Deposit Allowance of up to £1,000 when purchasing their next self-charging hybrid electric car via a Lexus Connect (PCP) finance contract – provided they already own a Lexus. Lexus Relax warranty
All new Lexus models come with a three-year/60,000-mile manufacturer’s warranty as standard, but this is just the start of peace of mind protection that can extend to 10 years/100,000 miles with the Lexus Relax programme – at no extra cost.
Unmatched in the premium car market, Lexus Relax provides an additional 12 months/10,000 miles warranty each time a vehicle is serviced at an authorised Lexus retailer. The cover is provided automatically, year after year at each service, until the car reaches 10 years from its first registration, or 100,000 miles driven. The warranty is provided regardless of whether the vehicle was purchased new, or has been through multiple ownerships. Hybrid Health Check
Hybrid electric models are covered by an additional five-year hybrid battery warranty. A Hybrid Health Check is provided free of charge as part of all Lexus services, following which the hybrid battery will receive a further on-year/10,000-mile warranty (following completion of the initial warranty period).
New Lexus vehicles also come with complimentary roadside assistance for three years. Provided by the AA, it operates 24/7 across 44 European countries, covering breakdowns and unforeseen problems such as lost keys or running out of fuel. My Lexus and Lexus Link
My Lexus and the Lexus Link app give owners instant online access to key information about their vehicle, including its service history, service reminders and the owner’s manual.
The Lexus Link app provides additional functions that can help save time and money. This connected car technology provides features such as coaching tips on how to maximise the potential of hybrid electric driving, a “find my car locator” and driving analytics (functionality varies according to model). Journey planning is made easier and more efficient by being able to send a planned route to the car’s navigation system and accessing “last mile guidance” to reach a destination once the vehicle has been parked. The range of features is increasing with the latest Lexus models now able to adopt extra multimedia functions with seamless over-the-air updates.
