Stuart Sanders

Stuart Sanders was appointed Communications and Product Director on 1 January 2021, succeeding Andrew Cullis following his move to a new position at Toyota Motor Europe.

Sanders joined Toyota (GB) in 2001 on a student placement during the final two years of his BA (hons) degree in business management at Nottingham Trent University. On graduation in 2003 he moved to full-time employment with the company and joined the internal Toyota Development Programme. He worked in a series of field-based management roles, before becoming Manager, Sales and Marketing Programmes in 2008.

Senior management positions in Product Marketing and Marketing Communications followed and in 2014 Sanders was promoted to General Manager, Marketing Communications. Four years later he moved to the position of General Manager, Value Chain, from which he was promoted to his directorship.

Sanders is married with one son and enjoys family life and keeping active through sport. He also follows motorsport and has a keen interest in classic cars.
