Lexus Sweeps Top Honours in the Honest John Satisfaction Index as Best Car Brand and Number One for Reliability
Lexus’s reputation for making cars of the highest quality and reliability has earned it more top honours in the 2020 Honest John Satisfaction Index, announced today.
The ratings, based on the opinions and experiences of more than 10,000 UK car owners, confirm Lexus as the best car brand overall and the top performer for reliability.

In addition to taking the top prize at the Honest John Satisfaction Index 2020, Lexus was also rated as the best car brand for reliability in the UK. The Honest John consumer advice, news and reviews website asked owners to rate their car’s quality in key areas, including reliability, ride comfort, fuel economy, practicality and performance. Scores were also sought for build quality, ease of use, safety and repair costs.
Lexus’s results were an emphatic vote of confidence from the motoring public, with an overall satisfaction rating of 89.5 per cent and a reliability score of 9.69 out of 10.
