30 years of innovation

Lexus Electrified
Lexus presented the world premiere of its new LF-30 Electrified concept at the Tokyo Motor Show, revealing its vision for future luxury electric vehicles that capture the design and performance possibilities offered by electric power, advanced technologies and autonomous driving. Turning to more immediate product innovation, it will reveal a new battery-electric vehicle at the up-coming Guangzhou Motor Show in China (22 November). Read more here and here.
New RX in UK showrooms
The updated Lexus RX luxury SUV range has just gone on sale, benefiting from wide-ranging updates that extend from new exterior styling to improvements to ride and handling, new equipment features and enhanced safety provisions, including world-first use of a BladeScan adaptive high beam system for the LED headlights. LC coupe takes honours in racing finale
The Lexus LC coupe has wrapped up three seasons in Japan’s Super GT race series with a comprehensive victory. It dominated the GT500 class throughout the year, with Kazuo Oshima and Kenta Yamashita taking the drivers’ championship ahead of fellow LC pilots Ryo Hirakawa and Nick Cassidy. Read more here.
Lexus takes luxury to the high seas
Lexus has officially launched the LY 650, its luxury ocean-going yacht developed in partnership with the specialist boat builder Marquis Yachts. The vessel bears all the technology, craftsmanship and design hallmarks of Lexus, including extensive use of composite materials in its structure and a luxurious interior created with leading marine stylists Nuvolari Lenard.
