Lexus Cambridge doubly honoured as the best in Britain and in Europe

19 April 2022

Lexus Cambridge has achieved the distinction of being named the best Lexus centre in Britain and also one of the top 10 finest in Europe.

The retailer, part of the Steven Eagell Group, has won the Centre of the Year in the annual Lexus Centre of Excellence Awards. The quality of its work across all departments has been further recognised with a Lexus Kiwami Award, which rewards the best-performing dealerships among more than 300 across Europe.

The Kiwami Awards, now in their sixth year, were established by Lexus to recognise the work of its top retail partners in meeting the highest standards of work and delivering customer care that fully expresses the Lexus principle of omotenashi service.

Pascal Ruch, Lexus Europe Vice President, said: “The fantastic achievement of Lexus Cambridge and our other Kiwami Award winners is only possible through strong leadership, teamwork and a continuous focus on omotenashi. My thanks go to everyone for their ongoing commitment and delivery of Lexus’s ‘Experience Amazing’ to our customers.”

Steven Eagell, Chief Executive Officer of the Steven Eagell Group, said: “We are incredibly honoured to receive the Lexus Kiwami Award, a phenomenal accolade which validates the team’s continued commitment to deliver the most exceptional service to all our customers.

“In addition, it gives me enormous pride to see the team at Cambridge recognised as the Centre of the Year in the Lexus Centre of Excellence Awards. This outstanding performance is testament to the hard work and dedication from each member of the team.”

The Centre of Excellence Awards yielded further success with Steven Eagell winning the Best Group award and its Lexus Birmingham operation the Value Chain Award.
