Lexus at the Frankfurt Motor Show
- European debut of the fourth generation RX
- First European appearance of the revised GS and GS 200t
The fourth generation Lexus RX will make its European debut at the Frankfurt motor show on 15 September.
The new model marks the latest advances in the best-selling model range in Lexus’s 26-year history; since the SUV’s introduction in 1999, around 2.2 million have been sold worldwide. Three out of every 10 Lexus vehicles sold have been an RX.
The all-new RX displays a mix of sharp creases and curves in an evolution of the model’s established styling, a look that is shared with other recently launched Lexus vehicles.
The interior has been designed to achieve impeccable balance of functionality and luxury. The redesigned cabin offers both a sense of spaciousness and an intimate feel, with ideal comfort for both driver and passengers.
The new RX features advanced, redesigned hybrid and petrol powertrains, sophisticated safety technologies and driver aids, including the Lexus Safety System+, and new convenience and technology features that will make this the best Lexus SUV yet.
The Frankfurt show will also mark the first European appearance of the revised GS and the new GS 200t, recently unveiled at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
Lexus will host a press conference on its stand (C19, Hall 8) at the Frankfurt motor show at 1pm on 15 September.
