Lexus announces winners of its 2023 Centre of Excellence awards

Lexus has announced the winners of its 2023 Centre of Excellence awards, with Lexus Stoke winning Centre of the Year, and Lexus Vantage Group being named Group of the Year.

The annual awards, presented at a recent ceremony in London, honour the top-performing Lexus Centres across the United Kingdom in a variety of categories including, new and used car sales, marketing, fleet and business sales and omotenashi (hospitality).

Lexus Stoke was recognised for its commitment and dedication to outstanding customer service and its consistent approach to operational excellence, winning the awards for Used Cars, Fleet and Business Sales and the ultimate accolade of Lexus Centre of the Year.

George Holden, Centre Principal at Lexus Stoke said: “It was a tremendous honour and privilege to learn of our award wins. The Centre of the Year Award especially embodies the commitment and effort every member of the team makes on a daily basis and I am grateful for their ongoing support and commitment, while delivering a unique omotenashi experience for all our valued customers. This accolade inspires the team push the boundaries in everything we do, so a huge thank you must go to all our team members, our customers and Lexus for making it all possible.”

The Lexus Vantage Group received the Group of the Year award for embracing the centre transformation challenge most effectively, while delivering a superb customer experience. The group has centres in Preston and Leeds, serving customers across Lancashire, Yorkshire and further afield.
