Lexus Announces New After Sales Manager

Lexus GB is proud to announce the appointment of Steve Penson, After Sales Manager, Lexus (GB) Ltd. Taking up his new role on 15 April 2002, Steve will report to After Sales Director Mike Mead.

Steve takes on his new role after two years as Lexus Regional Operations Manager for the Midlands and the South West. Steve brings a wealth of experience to the role after 23 years in the motor industry from a technician to general manager, and in field roles for seven years. Steve also previously ran a team of 10 Regional After Sales Managers in one of his previous roles.

Steve will be responsible for looking at the future of after sales for Lexus, in particular the design and implementation of processes to aid continuous improvement. Steve will primarily oversee the initiation and development of projects to raise the standards of customer care and increase profitability for the Lexus Centre network.
