Keith Doughty has been appointed Lexus Financial Services National Sales Manager effective from 1 January 2006.
Keith has been involved in motor finance for over 20 years and has spent the last seven years as Northern Regional Finance Manager for Lexus Financial Services (LFS). Keith also spent three years as Northern European Co-ordinator for the Global Best Practice Group and was instrumental in delivering the roll out of the Kaizen (continuous improvement) culture in LFS UK.
In his new role he will be responsible for the Lexus Financial Services national sales operations with a team of four regional managers reporting to him.
Doug Gillies, Operations Director of Lexus Financial Services said, “Keith brings a wealth of experience to this role at a very exciting time for Lexus and Lexus Financial Services with the launch of many new generation vehicles including IS 250, IS 220 and GS 450h in the near future. His experience gained from both his previous domestic and regional roles will enable him to add significant value to this challenging and broad ranging role.”

Keith replaces Bob Thurtle who moves to another National Sales Manager role within Toyota Financial Services. Keith has two children and is a keen golfer and also enjoys playing squash and fishing.
