Lexus RX 450h Tops The Premium SUV Charts
The Lexus RX 450h luxury SUV has seen off all comers to scoop the “Best Premium SUV” title in the prestigious Auto Express Driver Power Awards New Car Survey 2017. The awards, voted for by thousands of Auto Express readers, saw the fourth generation of the brand’s flagship SUV given “exceptional scores” for its materials, build quality, refinement and new origami-style design.
“Hybrid power was seen as the best for acceleration, with drivers awarding the Lexus RX the highest score in this category”, said Auto Express, adding: “Owners praised the SUV for its refinement, too. If that wasn’t enough, the RX also drove away with the prize for “Best Safety Features”, with the class-leading Lexus Safety System which includes adaptive cruise control, pre-crash system, traffic sign recognition, lane keep assist, lane departure warning and automatic high beam coming as standard on every RX 450h.
