Lexus Welcomes Customers with New Reserve and Relax Online Sales Service

The conventional methods for choosing and purchasing a car may be suspended at present but Lexus is ensuring that its customers can access all the advice and services they require to secure their perfect new 21-plate vehicle.

Showrooms are temporarily closed, in accordance with the current Covid-19 restrictions, but Lexus has put in place Reserve and Relax, a simple and thorough online process that lets people select and specify the car they want and make all the necessary arrangements for purchase, including finance agreements. Once the customer has decided on the vehicle they want, including colour, trims and equipment features, it can be reserved with a fully refundable reservation fee of £299. When they are ready, and Lexus showrooms have re-opened, they can visit their centre to finalise their order and prepare for delivery.

Relax and Reserve has been designed with attention to detail that reflects Lexus’s industry-leading customer service.

The approach has a human-centred quality, with video appointments available with sales specialists at the customer’s chosen Lexus Centre, providing answers to questions and a walk-round introduction to the model under consideration. Details of how to make an appointment are available here.

Lexus spring offers

Retail customers can take advantage of personal purchase offers currently available on Lexus models, including the UX self-charging hybrid SUV, available with 3.9 per cent APR representative and £2,500 hybrid deposit allowance.

The sporty and highly specified UX F Sport with Takumi Pack is available on a Personal Contract Purchase agreement with monthly payments of £299 across 48 months, while the UX Premium Sport Edition is available over the same length of term at £259 per month.
