Lexus returns to SEMA, the world’s largest specialist auto show, in Las Vegas next week with another display showcasing the work of America’s top customisers, plus its own latest sports designs.
Lexus has added some extra visual muscle, introduced more top-flight equipment features and sharpened up the handling of its CT 200h full hybrid premium compact model to create the CT 200h F-Sport.
Launched in spring 2010, the Lexus CT 200h remains the only fully hybrid premium compact car. CT 200h has attracted younger customers to the brand and contributed significantly to Lexus’s growth in Europe.
The fourth-generation GS has an all-new exterior that reflects further development of Lexus’s L-finesses design philosophy, giving the car a bolder and more dynamic appearance.
The new Lexus GS 450h full hybrid makes its world debut at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show, marking the start of further expansion of the GS range in the near future.
The proof is in the driving: the Lexus LFA, equipped with the Nürburgring Package of aerodynamic and handling enhancements, has conquered the famous German race track from which it takes its name with a new fastest lap for a current, regular production car.
The new Lexus GS 450h full hybrid performance saloon will make its world debut at the Frankfurt motor show on September 13. Equipped with second-generation Lexus Hybrid Drive, the new GS is set to deliver improvements in both environmental and driving performance.
Lexus unveiled the new GS at the prestigious Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in California on Thursday, 18 August. The car will reach the UK market in 2012.
Whether the summer turns out to be sun-soaked or typically British, Lexus covers all options with its IS 250C coupe-convertible and a panoramic roof option for the RX 450h SE-I luxury crossover.
