Lexus UK centres honoured with Kiwami awards for excellence in customer service
Lexus Cambridge and Lexus Stoke are among 19 Lexus European centres to receive a 2025 Kiwami award for their excellence in business and customer service.
Since their introduction in 2016, the Kiwami (outstanding excellence) Awards have highlighted the dedication and innovation of Lexus retailers. More than 300 Lexus centres across Europe were eligible for the prize which reflects Lexus’s commitment to “making luxury personal” and delivering the brand’s omotenashi hospitality to all customers.
Lexus Cambridge and Lexus Stoke both demonstrate exceptional attention to detail—not only in how they prepare for every customer interaction, but in all aspects of their day-to-day operations. This dedication ensures that every guest is treated with the care and consideration usually reserved for someone welcomed into one’s home.
In recognition of their businesses’ achievement, senior management representatives were rewarded with a three-day experience in Budapest, blending immersive team-building, a gala evening and creative cultural activities inspired by the city’s rich traditions.
