Lexus Retains Top Spot In National Dealer Survey
Lexus remains the most highly valued brand among the nation’s car dealers according to the latest National Franchised Dealer Association (NFDA) survey. The results of the independent study for summer 2005 show Lexus in first place in the dealer index, scoring the highest ratings in 32 of the 44 questions applicable to its business.
Significantly, Lexus achieved the top score of 9.7 out of 10 in responses to the question: “Compared with all other franchises, how would you rate the value of holding your franchise?” This illustrates the sustained excellent relationship between Lexus GB and its UK centre network.
Another key issue where Lexus returned the best results was the level of business profit potential. The survey, conducted every six months, also saw Lexus’s sister company Toyota performing strongly, rated fifth overall and the highest-placed mainstream volume brand.
Steve Settle, Lexus Director, said: “The fact we continue to lead the rankings above all other manufacturers is a reward for the effort we invest in building a successful and profitable centre network. It illustrates another dimension in Lexus’s efforts to achieve the highest possible standards in all aspects of its business.”
