Lexus Announces New General Manager, Operations
John Thomson has recently joined Lexus (GB) Ltd as General Manager, Operations, reporting to Lexus Director Stuart McCullough.
The General Manager, Operations role is responsible for ensuring the Lexus brand proposition is progressed through all industry sectors; retail local business, national fleet and the contract hire leasing market. The primary focus of the role is maintaining excellent standards of customer care and loyalty, while ensuring the appointment and development of high quality Lexus centres.
John brings a wealth of experience to the role after nine years spent at Citroën UK in a number of management roles, which included Zone Sales Manager, Fleet Manager developing and maintaining national fleet accounts and Network Commercial Manager with responsibility for eight commercial managers and 120 dealerships.
“I am confident John will prove to be an experienced and valuable asset to the Lexus team supporting the continual development of strong business partnerships with Lexus centres throughout the UK in 2002,” commented Stuart McCullough Lexus Director.
